Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery. once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will undergo a quality check . Once approved, we will proceed with your exchange request. Please note that Shipping costs are additional.
Exchanges are subject to size availability. If the requested size is not available, The amount of your purchase will be given in the form of a coupon which can be redeemed on your next purchase within 180 days.
In order to be eligible for an exchange the product must be in unused, unwashed condition with all accompanying accessories and tags intact.
Returns & cancellation
At Segc we specialise in creating limited edition pieces for our customers to enjoy. Each item is carefully designed and dropped in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity. Due to the nature of our drops, we do not accept any returns and cancellations
In case of a defective product we are happy to process a return. We recommend all our customers to film an unboxing video while unboxing any order that they receive from SEGC. Our customer care team will demand that unboxing video to assess the legitimacy of the claim made by the buyer.
